Hillsborough County offers curbside recycling to all single-family homes within unincorporated Hillsborough County. Recycling collection is once per week.

Depending on where you live in the County, your recycling and garbage is collected by one of three Hillsborough County Solid Waste Collectors:
- Waste Management of Tampa services Odessa, Lutz, Citrus Park, West Chase, New Tampa and residents north of Interstate 4.
Call (813) 621-3053 or e-mail CentralFloridaServices@wm.com for collection day information. - Republic Waste Services collects recycling and garbage from Town N' Country, Forest Hills, Lithia, Fishhawk, Thonotosassa, Lake Magdalene, Seffner and residents living between Interstate 4 and Highway 60, from Parsons to Polk County Road, south to Highway 672, west to Balm Riverview Road.
